I find it absolutely horrible that my previous post -- a tribute to my best friend who died of cancer -- has been inundated with spam in the last few weeks. Other of my posts, further back in time, have been attacked this way, but this has been the worst onslaught I've seen.
Yes, I'm aware of how to block the spam from immediately showing, and I've done so. But this takes time every day as I review my email, and several keystrokes per item to get rid of them. This is unacceptable.
Don't tell me that LiveJournal can't do anything to stem this tide. Facebook, with all its problems, doesn't allow stuff like this to go through -- every single day.
If the problem isn't resolved fairly soon, I think I'll move all my blogs somewhere else and shut this account down.
